Had to have some service work done under an extended warranty. We worked with Justin in the service department. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. In addition, his follow through was great! He was headed to the door already when I pulled up to drop the car off. Took the keys, got me checked in in a jiffy. Offered me coffee, doughnuts, and a place to sit and wait for my ride. Spent 2 days researching this vehicle. Had a few issue's 1st a recon fee added. That is usually in the price. We got that figured out. Then I return today to purchase the crosstrex premium 2018. I researched the recalls and they were fixed so I proceeded until I drove it 1 more time. When I reached 4RPM the car shook extremely bad only in park. Been bringing my subie here for 2 years and service department has always been great. Everything from a full transmission replacement to oil changes and they always take good care of me. Spencer is a fantastic service advisor, great with following up and updates. Merlin is great too. Kids love coming in for the donuts and refreshments!
They are always on top of things that concern me.
