Pricing, accuracy of problem diagnosis, communication, and follow through are all problem areas in my experience. I went to another metro Subaru dealership and had none of these problems.
RJ and Mike were great as always. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about Subarus and will take the time to explain things. RJ is very patient and helpful.
