This was my first visit to Devoe Subaru and I was not disappointed. My Ascent had a vibration noise and we were about to drive it back up north for the summer and wanted to make sure all was good. Our tech, Austin Fowler, was very professional and everything was checked out appropriately to make sure we wouldn’t have any issue on our long drive. I plan to make this my regular SW Florida Subaru service spot!
Subaru of Naples did great service on our car. We got a screw in our right rear tire. We were able to get the tire replaced right away and it even cost 25% less than the same tire at a tire dealer. The communication was great and they even washed the car. We couldn't be more pleased. Additional update. had 30k service performed in May 2026. Did a fantastic job. 2019 Outback is now just like the day we drove it out of the dealership!
Comfortable waiting area. Professional and friendly staff. They keep you updated on how your service is progressing, even on video. I had a great experience with this Dealership.
The dealers were professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Our salesman Kostien Jano was very helpful in getting exactly what we wanted. He was patient and made us feel at ease. Jack who delivered the hour long presentation on the ins and outs of our new vehicle was also very helpful. Also the manager was very friendly and helpful, even though I didn’t catch his name. They were determined to get us, price wise where we needed to me. It was mostly a painless experience and will definitely be back.
