We recently picked up our second Used car from Subaru of Naples. After getting the car home, we realized there was an issue with the windshield and of course, Subaru of Naples fixed the problem immediately. Quality service!
Very knowledgeable & professional staff..found and corrected the problems…in a timely manner..
Johnny and Austin did a great job of pointing out any and all recommended periodic service or repair issues. They are also very good at reserved upselling (not hard selling) so be sure to your needs relative to the car's age, residual value, and replacement costs are taken into account. I would return to Subaru of Naples.
Service was prompt and efficient. Appreciate Austin's assistance with getting my car I for unexpected battery replacement.
My tire was leaking after a long road trip. The service dpt detected a nail and patched it for a good price. This builds trust. When I need to replace all my tires, I'll return. Appreciate the honesty!
