I was very disappointed at my last visit on 10/6/25; first of all, the invoice states the following: "Customer States Battery is Dead." I never indicated that. The rep stated I need another battery, which I approved. When I reviewed previous invoices, I found that a battery was changed by Firestone on 9/2/25. Just a month earlier. I no longer have confidence in this business..
The mechanical work is excellent, and the service team is always polite and professional. I really appreciate the convenient car shuttle — a great perk. You can tell they’re making an effort to be proactive with text updates about repairs, but the system still needs some fine-tuning. A few texts went unanswered, and there wasn’t a clear message when the car was ready for pickup. Overall, great service and solid work, just a few communication improvements needed.
The customer service received from Johnny was spot on. I was in and out in less than an hour!
The whole staff was very professional knowledgeable and helpful. We had a fantastic experience.
