I’ve been going to Subaru of Missoula since I moved to Missoula 8 years ago. Have worked with Dan and Kyle in the service department and the other Kyle up in sales - all great guys.
I've had nothing but amazing service from these guys. They're fast, friendly, do good work, and are highly customer focused. They've really helped me out, and their tire warranty is a life saver!
Very impressed in how we were taken care of in the service department this week. Dan was exceptional and got our car covered under warranty despite being a couple weeks past the 3yr mark. They kept in contact, kept us informed and took great care of us. Also thank you to our technician Wayne for spending the extra time to try and diag our intermittent radio issue. Overall a great experience and as a side note, after 3 years, our salesman Tyler still checks in on us. Great dealer.
