Alex was the deciding factor in us buying our new car. He was not pushy at all and was very down to earth. We were out test driving cars for fun between conference meetings.Because the vehicle was great and the salesman was great we drove away with brand new , beautiful Outback.
Oil change service and inspection was done within an hour. Waiting room was comfortable and had coffee and snacks. Only downgrade was cost of tire pressure monitoring sensor which I didn't replace.
The guys at Subaru of Missoula were very knowledgeable about the vehicles, forthcoming about eventual repair costs and service plan details, and really pleasant and friendly. They earned a lifelong customer today!
