Friendly staff all around, but Tyler especially was great to work with. He helped us find a great deal and made the whole process not only bearable, but actually fun! Thanks for helping us find a wonderful ride!
RecommendedOn 10/17 Subaru's service crew helped me on a crisis with my outback. My 14month old son locked himself in the car. Don and the staff at Subaru were beyond helpful & considerate. Subaru of Missoula provided an excellent no pressure sales experience for our latest vehicle purchase. Found it easy to schedule a test drive for the vehicles we were interested in looking at and was provided with excellent straightforward information and answers to our questions and honest advice. Needing to get my car serviced is not very fun but going to Subaru of Missoula definitely helps ease the pain. Ross, Kyle and Dan (in no particular order) in the service office are fantastic to work with. They listen, are knowledgeable and do not push any unnecessary services. They clearly communicate all charges so I am never surprised when I pick up my car. The mechanics are experts and really know what they are doing.
