Went in to look at the Ascent, the salesperson Audry Love was amazing. With the promotion they had going on, she was able to work with the gm Bryce and put us into a brand new one with more options then we were hoping for and less then we expected to pay. Great place and people!
Recently had to get a lot of work done here and Fox Arnold helped me through the process. He did a great job of explaining things, maintaining communication, and walked me through everything to make sure I was informed!
I just recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Legacy from this location. I’ve experienced an issue with a clogged AC condenser drain tube and it’s saturated my carpet. Upon further inspection, there’s mold water damage. This service team has gone above and beyond to make sure I am informed and taken care of through every step of the process. I bought a Subaru from a used lot (not them) about a year ago. I brought it to them to get the whole car checked out and get some basic maintenance done. Oil change, fluids topped off, tires rotated, any anything else needed. When I went to change the oil recently I found the drain plug was completely stripped by the last person to do it. I brought it back to Zeigler Schererville to see if they could find a way to change the oil or remove the plug and they charged me $1000 to get the whole pan replaced. I bought my Subaru Forester here in 2020. I have always brought it here for its service, maintenance and otherwise. I would never go anywhere else for as long as I have this car. The work is exemplary, the people go out of their way to accommodate me, and the chairs are comfy. A special thank you and appreciation to Stevan Miskov who always tries to save me money and make it all work for me. He is the best.
