Bought a new car there. Service was great, sales and financial. We love our Subaru. Gave us a great deal on our trade in.
I had trouble with a previous auto shop not fixing my air conditioning properly. Subaru of Melbourne had my car fixed within 24 hours. Kyle was great with communication and even got me a deal under warranty that I was not expecting. Will definitely be back for other service!
It would be nice to upgrade the outlets so customers can charge their devices.
I can't say enough wonderful things about the service department at Subaru of Melbourne. We have two Subaru vehicles and both of them had a few issues that needed to be addressed. The service manager, Michael Pope really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the issues were addressed, he made sure we knew exactly what was going on, advised us of our options and he even saved us money on the repairs. I don't think I'll get better service from another dealer. Congratulations. Just one observation: prepare towels to dry the cars if you wash them. They don't have them there. Otherwise, it's perfect. Thank you for your patience.
