The service department was outstanding
Summary: Awesome salespeople and service advisors, good preventative maintenance, but two almost disastrous misses of mechanical issues. I had a great experience purchasing my car here a little over a year ago. My salesperson was Robb Goodwin and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The service coordinators are great and very helpful (shoutout Ryan!) but I've had some major issues missed by the mechanics. Was in and out in a very timely manner, Jack went above and beyond and really helped me and answered any questions I had. Caylin and Rene were extremely helpful and were very professional. Overall great experience and am extremely happy with my new car!
The Ira Subaru in Manchester was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Everyone was very helpful and understanding when I came in for my car service. Josh over in the service department was the absolute most help I’ve ever received going to a dealership. Well done guys!
