Very pleasant experience today. Was able to test drive a new Crosstrek and check out the new Outbacks. Sales team was super friendly and super helpful. Will be purchasing my next Subaru from here in the next few weeks.
Amazing team of people at Loveland Subaru. I worked with Gregg, Zach, Tina, and Ben, among others. Gregg was my point person who made me feel that I was the most important person everytime I was working with him. I just bought a car from other dealership, and they did some shotty repairs before selling it to me. Loveland Subaru was able to point out the bent backing plates that were scraping my pads and rotors. I had the option to take the car back down to Thornton and get $330 for inconvenience.
