Amazing team of people at Loveland Subaru. I worked with Gregg, Zach, Tina, and Ben, among others. Gregg was my point person who made me feel that I was the most important person everytime I was working with him. I just bought a car from other dealership, and they did some shotty repairs before selling it to me. Loveland Subaru was able to point out the bent backing plates that were scraping my pads and rotors. I had the option to take the car back down to Thornton and get $330 for inconvenience. The staff tried to program a FOB for me but found that another part was the cause of the failure. I was not charged for hours of work.
