I will never purchase another Subaru. I came to Subaru of Loveland, CO in November 2014 where I traded in my 2001 Subaru Outback for a brand new 2015 Subaru Outback. Better customer service from the General manager, very rude and gives the impression he does not care about the customer after the purchase.
I bought my first Subaru about a month ago. It took me a few weeks to make the decision to buy. The sales team was amazingly patient and answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I ended up with the right car for me. I’m beyond happy and appreciate all the staff. Thank you!!
