This review is particularly regarding the service department. I brought my new (2025) Subaru Ascent to the dealer several times and complained about intermittent excessive smoke on startup. The service department had no clue as to what the problem was and attribute the problem to "break-in" and said break-in period could last for 15 to 20 thousand miles (the car already had 5000 miles on it.
