Good experience buying new with Ian. We knew what we wanted, and he gave us a very reasonable price, without shenanigans. No pushing of overpriced accessories, no "you have to come in person to discuss". Responsive and friendly to boot. We ultimately didn't buy, but that was due to circumstances, not the offer or the experience. The way buying a new car should be, but often isn't.
Just bought a 2026 Croostrek. Ian was great to deal with. Knowledgeable, patient and attentive. He made the process seamless.
