Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. They can't even book an appointment properly. When you call them out on their mistake they ghost you. Unbelievable!

I have been waiting almost a year for my audio unit to be replaced on my 2019 Outback. It makes all the functions including map, radio, Bluetooth connection, and everything the touchscreen accesses completely useless. It randomly phones people because I can't even disconnect my phone from the car. For the first few months they told me where on the waiting list I was and I was up to 8th.
