These guys are the best. We bought our 2019 Outback from them, and since then, have had all our service done there. I have had a running joke with the guys in the shop since I'm an Alabama fan, and many of them pull for Georgia. It's just all in fun, of course! They take such good care of me and my car! Waiting for my service rep this week, I had no less than 5 others ask if they could help me. I will continue to take my car there and recommend them highly!
I cannot recommend this service dept enough. Every time I need to go ouy of town, my car demands a service tithe. This time it was the battery and tire, among regular service needs. Jamil was on point and communicative with service updates and was an overall lovely person. The techs, though. They are the real MVP. I have only praise and gratitude for them. UPDATE: A customer advocate called me within one hour of posting. They were very apologetic, said they would take measures to clear up any confusion between online and in-store prices, and offered us a complimentary service for our inconvenience. Thank you Subaru for taking actions to correct the problem. —————————————————— The online price and in store price are very different.
