Frankie sold me the car. greta guy no issues there. my bad experience came from my visit to the service department. I showed up at my appointment time and my car was immediately brought to the service back lot. we had to take care of an issue, inside with our salesman, Frankie, which was alleviated within 30-40 minutes (something with the MY SUBARU app). I called to ask about coolant / oil recycling and was met with prompt, friendly service. Without any expectation on my part, the managers were already waiting in the service bay when I arrived and immediately helped dispose of my hazardous waste. It was a lot of attention and effort for a free service that was not required of them. And I was in and out in less than three minutes. I’m currently at Subaru of Gwinnett and wanted to leave a review because this service experience truly exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased my Subaru and needed some work done right away, including control arm bushing replacement, an alignment, and a system flush. I have yet to have a bad experience with the service or the people. I bought my car from here. I talked with another service dept near my house (won't make that mistake again). I brought it back here instead because of the people here. My advisor Jeff Bowman is cool to work with. I wish more advisors were like him. I'll make the drive here for service. It's 30 miles from my house and still worth it.
