Mike and a Jamil were very professional! Communicated well, got my car diagnosed in a very short period of time even on a Friday afternoon! Have been to two other Subaru dealerships locally and Subaru Gwinnett by far is the best! I will be back and definitely would recommend it for anyone! Thank you!

My words cannot express the gratitude for the impression I received when working with Subaru of Gwinnett, specifically, Jeff (the OG). My wife had a flat tire near closing time, a tow was too far away to get her there before closing time, and to make matters worse, she had a lock nut on the car for which we were not given a key. Jeff and his team in the service center went out of their way to get my stranded wife and two kids a safe ride home as well as them picking up the vehicle and servicing it within a day or two. Strongly advise finding somewhere else to service your Subaru. This complaint has been filed with the service team - Mike & Mike, and Subaru of America. I did get movement after involving Subaru of America (5⭐️ for SoA). I needed an oil change, scheduled it in the Subaru app. Called ahead and asked service team if I could get a loaner - I’d have my preschooler with me, husband out of state with family emergency, and coming from Smyrna (to Gwinnett - clearly was loyal before this experience).
