Staff was friendly, courteous, and quick, but was unable to actually fix the minor issue I went in for - the TPMS dashboard indicator kept intermittently appearing. They checked the tire pressure instead and topped off my windshield wiper fluid at my request - all thankfully with no charge. I waited in their lobby maybe 10 minutes after they borrowed my keys, and I took the opportunity for free coffee that they offered, which tasted good, but they unfortunately had no safety lids for their coffee cups. Great Subaru dealership. Not a large dealership you get lost in but one that everyone knows you are there and they care. The service advisor John Woodruff made the experience much better than other Subarus I went to.
My experience with Emily in the service department has always been refreshing. She is quite knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. She is a great asset to this business.
