The service technicians are really friendly and helpful
The service department staff is very nice, but the charges for oil changes are ridiculous. It cost $108 for an oil change and tire rotation, which is just nuts. That is why I generally take my Subaru to Don Ayers where I take my Honda. Also very nice people, but about 1/3 of the price for the service. They failed to assess and diagnose transmission issues for a few years and when my car was there while construction was going on it got a nail in the tire and they lied to me about the leak having been there when my car got the... read more
Since Ziegler’s has taken over this dealership from Rohrman, the SERVICE DEPARTMENT has gone downhill. Besides overcharging, I asked for an estimate on the phone to give me an idea of the cost of the repair, worst case scenario. They would not, said I had to come in and have them look at it. While I had it there I had them do an oil change and rotate my tires. The guy comes out after 50 minutes and tells me they rotated the tires and changed the oil and gives me an estimate for the parts and repair, never once mentioning tha... read more
