I took my car to get its first oil change there because the Subaru where I bought it scratched my car when they put the license plate on because they were in such a hurry. Clear Lake Subaru is closer, so I decided to give them a chance. Everybody was professional, kept me informed. I had paint spots on my car, and they used elbow grease and a buffer to get them out (extra charge of course, which I didn’t mind). Their service department said they would work with us on the price of a repair and called at the close of business to state they could on take less than $50 off our repair on the 2019 Subaru purchased from heir dealership. First of all, most mechanics estimate 3 hours for this repair and they estimate 4.5, so they are over estimating repair hours. RecommendedThe staff are so pleasant and respectful, ready to answer any questions you may have. The service is always top notch. We have well over 100,000 miles and our Outback runs almost as good as new. Subaru of Clear Lake is a larger part of why our car is still in such good shape.
