Nathan is my service manager and has done an outstanding job for keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle when its in for check-ups. Additionally, he arranged a rental car when I needed one. Very happy with Nathan and the service department.
Our 2024 Subaru Outback recently had some cracked glass. We initially took it to safelite here in town (whose customer service 10/10!) however after the glass was replaced our camera system wouldn’t calibrate. Safelite replaced the new safelite glass with Subaru-specific glass but unfortunately still couldn’t get the system to calibrate. I recently moved back to Bloomington Illinois without a vehicle, and to be honest, didn’t know where to start. I was somewhat apprehensive to purchase as certain sales folk can be advantageous and disingenuous.
