I purchased a car from Subaru Bloomington Normal Automall and it has been the biggest mistake. They not only delayed registering my car in the state that I reside in by over 6 months, but now they are refusing to give me the difference of my overpayment for registration. They owe me $680 and I have been emailing and contacting them non stop for almost a year now. Do NOT buy from this shady place. They do business illegally.
The buying process was a good experience, except for the final financing, which became a high pressure sales situation for additional warranties. When declined, the finance person became unprofessional. DO NOT get your car serviced at this dealership. When the Subaru required a new battery it cost $735.00 JUST for a battery. To run diagnostics was $200.00. I will not use the dealership for car maintenance and from this experience, plan to not purchase from this dealership again.

I purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester from Subaru of Bloomington Normal on June 14, 2021 brand new with 82 miles on it. I just recently went to trade it in and when the new dealership pulled the CarFax, the Subaru had been wrecked February, 2021 but had never been titled to anyone other than the dealership. This information was never disclosed to me when I purchased the Forester and I received less for a trade-in value because of this wreck. Subaru figured out what was wrong with my car & fixed it. It was expensive but my insurance paid for it.You had the part there. You also found another problem and will fix it friday. You did not tell me when the other part arrived , so I called in & found out it was there a few days , so 2nd repair could have been done earlier. I got ride , which was ok.
