Good trade in price and good price on the car. They were suppose to give us a $ 50.00 credit car for test driving the car we bought. that never happen. They give us the run around on this saying the lady that handles that was gone for the night. Called back a few days later o we will send to you. Three weeks later still no card. My Outback down just north of Pontiac on the highway. It was towed to this dealership on a Sunday night. Nathan was fantastic with communication, and they fixed my car extremely fast. They kept me updated and went out of their way to help me coordinate pick-up after hours because I was coming from another city. I wish they were closer to me because I would use them for all my service needs!

We’ve been researching cars for some time and landed on the 2025 Outback. After work, we went to the dealership at 6:30 (they close at 7 per their website). No one came out to help us in the lot so we walked into the showroom and were approached only to be told, they had a slow day and decided to close early. Never asked us why we were there.
