Far and away, working with this dealership was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. We went in to look at a Subaru crosstrek, just to look, and Dan patiently answered all our questions, never once put any pressure on us, and made us feel like we were in good hands. Good trade in price and good price on the car. They were suppose to give us a $ 50.00 credit car for test driving the car we bought. that never happen. They give us the run around on this saying the lady that handles that was gone for the night. Called back a few days later o we will send to you. Three weeks later still no card. My Outback down just north of Pontiac on the highway. It was towed to this dealership on a Sunday night. Nathan was fantastic with communication, and they fixed my car extremely fast. They kept me updated and went out of their way to help me coordinate pick-up after hours because I was coming from another city. I wish they were closer to me because I would use them for all my service needs!
