Update from the post below. Still a great experience! Since I bought my Subaru I have had nothing but great experiences with the stuff at the bend subaru. Brandon, Noa, and Dustin have been helpful, educational, and amazing customer service! This is what I posted before but to add to it I will say that everything still pans out as truth! Repeated positive experiences with Subaru of Bend. In 2020, I traded in an Outback for a new Ascent. I've been back for small repairs and maintenance. Loaner cars have always been helpful and the staff seems casually confident in their knowledge and willingness to help. I'd definitely return to purchase a new car or for repairs.
These folks are so nice and easy to work with. They do a great job walking me through my service. I never feel condescended to. Today I left feeling cared for.
