Very poor business tactics. For the first time in my life I bought a new car while still having a loan on another, bad business. Oh the new loan came through in a jiffy, but payoff on the old loan could take up to a month to be completed. So 2 car payments in a month, interest lost on recent payment on the old loan, and I was told to just wait and the payment would be returned in a month…..of course minus the interest I would have made if the money was in my account. On 9/11 I arrived at the service dept having been in an honor guard and was treated like I was one of the heroes of 9/11. My car was back in running order in no time, after another mechanic told me that the car needed expensive and extensive repairs. The staff was so professional and kind, I am so grateful for their help and service Ted Kozlowski

I typically don't write bad reviews on companies, but they have given me no choice. I would not ever buy another car from them again. I paid off my car early and wanted to cancel my warranty. it has taken over 8 weeks and no refund yet. Every time I call the finance department or manager, they didn't response, so I had to call back more than anyone has time too. I can't thank Meagan enough for all of her help getting my daughter and me into our new Crosstrek! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and clearly explained. Meagan in Sales, along with Allie on the Finance team, made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I truly felt taken care of every step of the way. Some home town store. I've purchased a Subarau Outback Touring new (2022), Subaru Crosstrek new (2024), and we were going to purchase new (2025) Outback Premium yesterday 9/19/2025. I just bought my first Subaru yesterday! From the moment I walked up to the front doorI got a totally different vibe. Will Espinoza (Manager) greeted me at the door and asked what brought me in and I told him I was "just looking" to find out more about the Crosstrek (since I really knew nothing about Subaru).
