Cassandra, the service tech handled everything with patience. I have difficulty hearing and she was always respectful and kind. The mechanic who worked on the car was waiting at the service desk for the car even though I was a little early. I had a recall repair and 2 filters changed. The 2 filters were $88 total which seems like a fair price to me. I would definitely recommend Mape Hill Subaru to my family and friends.
Almost 1500 miles into our new Forester Hybrid and the entire experience has been better than expected with a great car at a very fair price and no pressure for extras. This car is smooth, quiet, great tech and over 40 mpg so far - a great number considering full time AWD! This is our 5th Subaru in 25 years and glad to support the Vandenberg family and staff due to integrity and support for the community.
