I finally decided to get the struts changed out on the hatch of my 2010 Subaru Outback, before the hatch fell on me. I know of a couple of people that ended up having the hatch fall on them and end up with concussions or stitches. The parts had to be ordered, they called a week later and told me the parts were in and I scheduled my appointment for the next day. Sheri and her crew are top notch!

I take my 2003 Forester to the Guru exclusively. I feel Dane is very knowledgeable and does the work that's needed, without a buncho f "extras" being added on. He must be doing something right. My car has 233,000 miles on it and runs like a champ.
After getting an extremely low idle due to an ECU reset on my Impreza, I called SubaGuru and asked them if they were familiar with it. Where other shops claimed it was an issue with other parts entirely, Dane was very knowledgeable and familiar with the issue. Despite me living in Eugene, Dane provided me some advice on how to fix this issue myself, and gave me a very affordable quote and fast timeframe if I was unable to. I walked away very satisfied with the service I received at Subaguru. Shelly (I think that's her name�) at the front desk is so nice & cheery, in person and on the phone. Subaguru is a no hassle tell it like it is shop, which I really appreciate. My car was in & out within a few days and I didn't have to empty my bank account to get it fixed. A huge thanks to Dane & Shelly, you guys are awesome! I'll surely be back.
