RecommendedMy husband and I were curious about the process they use to make their Ice Cream. So we decided to give SubZero a try. Both my husband and I agree. This was the best ice cream we’ve ever had, anywhere. It’s fascinating to watch, all fresh I ingredients, and the owner and lovely girl who mixed our order were just lovely. Loved it.
I chose Sub Zero for my daughter's 9th birthday party because 1) they provide friendly service, 2) their menu options are delicious, 3) their party pricing is budget-friendly, and 4) I did not have to clean my house for company! The owner (Scott) is very kind and easy-going, and clearly wants to be a blessing to his customers. The kids got a big kick out of his science demo! His staff is always polite. I would definitely have another birthday party here!
This evening was my first time going to Sub Zero. I had gotten vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and it was wonderful. I will definitely be back!

The Hurst location closed down at least a month ago. So don’t bother going! Don’t get why they are still posting updates.

Took the grandkids tonight all the way from keller, and they were closed! No note on the door saying why, and only the light in the back of the store was on! Tried to call, but no answer? Not sure if closed permanently, but sign on door said they were supposed to be open til 11pm on a friday. we were there at 7pm. Took them across the street to Sweet Frogs and they loved it!
