One of my favorite spots to get some ice cream the place is nice and clean staff are cool people and if u want fresh ice cream can't beat it
Worth the wait. Watching them freeze the ice cream right before your eyes was a real treat. And the ice cream was some of the best I've ever tasted. I had the salted caramel with chunks of Heath bar and my husband had the chocolate dulce de leche. The large was very generous, almost too much to eat and the price as about half of what I would have expected to pay for the food and experience. It's definitely a must do if you are in Naples.
We've been to SubZero in Siesta Key many times and it was wonderful, so we are fans of the ice cream, but NOT of this Naples location. Our order was not made correctly and it burned the inside of mouth to the point of being swollen & bleeding. Very painful. Mistakes do happen, but if it were a child that it happened to, it would've been 10x worse! Your employees should be able to properly make an order, and see that it is not correct when serve it, especially since they are working with Nitrogen!!! The employee who served it... read more

It's no Ben and Jerrys. Was expecting more instead of just the theatrics of a cloud of nitrogen. It's a place to entertain children
