Steve at Sub Zero Repair Service/Solutions is the best. Responsive and professional, he knows his way around Sub Zero like the back of his hand. He is friendly, knowledgeable and clean when working. I want to share the great experience I had with Steve from Sub Zero Repair Service. I woke up this morning to a disaster when I opened my Sub Zero freezer door, all the food was defrosting in the freezer. I did not know what to do so I googled repair help and called Steve he returned my call within five minutes and came out later this morning.
