Customer service was impeccable from everyone of the staff. Trinity went above and beyond for my visit. Great employee!!!
My sandwich was great and the price was average. First time in a while that I’ve been inside of a fast food restaurant and been greeted with smiling faces. Being spoken to and asked how my day was going actually brightened my day! Thank you, Trinity and Substation. I made sure I asked for Trinity’s name so I could contact the owner to tell them how pleased I was with her attitude and the service I received. Again, thank you!
Very friendly staff, food was well prepared. The manager(Trinity) had very good customer service skills, unlike some of the places I have visited in the past. Will definitely be returning!!!!🤗
I wrote a review a few months ago on this place and its only gotten worse. Ive seen bugs crawling on the floor, the meat i got was warm and not cooled like you would expect (i didnt have it toasted) I also almost immediately got sick after eating here. I used to order from this one woman all the time, I believe her name was jamie. She was super sweet and nice to talk to. I went back recently and I heard she quit. One lady was not very friendly or responsive I believe her name was Jordyn, but the lady that checked us out was very nice
