I used to come once a week when they first opened when service was actually somewhat customer service. Lately there is always issues with either my food or the young people that work there. This time, waited an extra 15. Min after my order was supposed to be ready for pickup. Had to ask for the extra pickles I put for my order request. Got home, ordered a whole sandwich half of the sandwich had 1 layer of ham and the other half was correctly made. No onions even though asked for. Think I will be staying away from now on. The customer service here sucks! My stsff and I will not order from this location again. If you want smiling faces do not come here, if you want a I dont care attitude this is the place to come. Thanks for a bad experience after working with patients all day!
Customer service was excellent and my son enjoyed his Italian Sub.
