Substation 2 use to be one of my favorite sub places. Don't get me wrong they put alot of meat on your sandwich but some of the people making your sub hates to put what u want on it and how u want it. Think about it when u say what do u want on it don't get mad about it that's your job like Mike said(Just Do It) and some of the workers hate doing it.
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak through DoorDash and when I opened it there was a plate melted to my sandwich. I know mistakes happen so I called to get it fixed and the employee was really rude and wouldn’t let us speak to the manager and would only do anything about it if we came up there with the sandwich. I also ordered mayo on it and didn’t get it.
Ordered 2 sandwiches they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I went back to replace it the girl with dyed hair had to nervously ask me 3-4 times which of the 2 sandwiches I was missing, when I finally got it they gave me the wrong kind of bread, don't even care she was cute. 5 stars
Love their salad
Staff is rude and a little condescending.
