All employees including manager very disconnected to customer service. No one greeted me when I walked in. There was one customer ahead of me , He had a whole turkey sandwich. I ordered a whole roast beef and turkey as a salad and it took the girl 10 minutes to slice my meat cause they was holding personal conversations. I walked ahead of the other guy, while he customize his sub the way he wanted. I asked for my salad all the way then. I went ahead and paid for it. Y'all have got to do deep cleaning at this location. It's starting to get run down and is turning us off from eating here.
Rhonda was by far the rudest restaurant employee I have ever encountered. A simple request for how to build my sandwich turned into drama because she was apparently not in a good mood. I’ve been coming here since before she was born, but after the way she spoke to me, I won’t be returning anytime soon. The manager’s only response was to say, “Rhonda,” to her smart remarks as though that was sufficient. If I had been the manager she would have been fired on the spot.
