Have no good doctors and waste time also doesn’t care about patient
While there may be some extra time in the waiting room, I think it’s worth it because the overall experience is pleasant and efficient. I always feel like I’m being taken care of at this office. They never try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary procedures, and they really go the extra mile get me in as soon as possible. The front desk staff is super friendly and never seems to struggle balancing a lot of patients. Not good doctors at all. Iam writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the services I received at your clinic. After receiving a root canal and filling, I experienced severe pain, and unfortunately, the doctors did not provide proper care or attention to my condition. The lack of qualified doctors, unnecessary delays, and the disregard for patients’ well-being are unacceptable. I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and addressed immediately to prevent other patients from experiencing the same issues.
