I scheduled a service repair on line on Friday for a repair on Monday. I received a confirmation of the app within 1 min. My tech (the owner) sent a text Monday morning and provided an ETA of his arrival. He did a thorough assessment and completed the repair efficiently and quietly as I work from home. He was able to explain the repairs that were required and completed the repair to restore power to my heater after my husband had accidentally cut the line. Our units compressor had burnt out leaking oil. Joey came out same day to look at it and quote a new unit as well as a compressor replacement. A new unit was definitely the smarter option to do, and the price for the installation was definitely in our budget! The unit sits right by our bedroom and it’s so quiet I won’t need ear plugs to sleep anymore!!! Thank You Joey, & everyone at Suave Air for an amazing experience!
