We went back and forth for a while on services I was inquiring about (regarding my house), I found their services on Angie’s List and initially spoke with a man who said he’d give me prices about getting my windows cleaned, and mentioned text was easier because he works two jobs. We booked an appointment for Monday at 10am only to find he was late, no notice no text no phone call, I texted AND called him around 10:30 and received a text message later FINALLY notifying me that his family had tested positive for covid and didn... read more
We scheduled our appointment weeks in advance. The day they said they would not be here until a hour an a half after our scheduled time. They wanted to know if we would reschedule, we couldn’t because we have an event in a couple of days. Then they just stopped returning our text messages abs phone calls. So now we’re going to have to do it ourselves, by far the worst experience I ever had with a cleaning company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
Had appt they changed the time, ultimately they never showed!
