Aliya and Jacob are true professionals. They help patients perform every exercise exactly as instructed and pay close attention to each person’s form and progress. They are always attentive, guiding patients step by step to the next exercise with care and patience. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional billing practices at Suarez Physical Therapy. Without any prior notification—no bills, no phone calls, absolutely nothing—I was blindsided by a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed SIX dollars. Yes, six dollars! I had every reason to believe my account was settled, especially after paying my co-pays as requested at each visit. This WAS a good physical therapy practice at one time. That changed thanks to JARREN the PT at this location. When I had several problems based on JARREN'S incompetence. I asked 3 times for an explanation from EDMOND the owner and I never heard from him. Apparently when the cash flow stopped, so did the professional treatment!

My baby has been able to make the most improvements by attending here twice a week. I really appreciate how friendly everyone is. Jacob was always so sweet to my daughter and always helped her get through her stretches!
