I bought my home from Suarez in 2015 thinking they were reputable builders. After moving in, I noticed the tile job was sub par. After much deliberation they finally replaced the tile in the home. I was suprised they insisted on using the same sub-contractor but they assured me it would be done right this time and that I would be under a new 1 year warranty. I am having the same problem with tiles popping all over my house. I have left numerous messages with the builder and have not received a call back. It is my understanding the the subcontractor who did the tile instalation is labor only and they are no longer in business. I am very concerned now that I may be stuck with this very expensive problem! I hope that Suarez will step in and make this right. My GC is also no longer with the company.
The warranty process is horrendous. No one ever calls you back.
