The eye doctor there violates hipaa compliances! Extremely unprofessional! You will be reported for speaking out of term to patients. You are disrespectful and you should not have a practice. They are hard to get on a call to make an appointment. They almost never answer my texts if my call is dropped even though they state in the text to leave them a text.
Was in there for over 3hrs, phlebotomist acted as if they couldn't stick my veins. Nurse got upset, because she was trying to reuse a cotton swab and alcohol prep and I asked her were they low on supplies? Just unprofessional and nasty
