The eye doctor there violates hipaa compliances! Extremely unprofessional! You will be reported for speaking out of term to patients. You are disrespectful and you should not have a practice. I will be contacting a lawyer to litigate this matter that was taken place on 6/4. You cannot judge or even be obnoxiously loud about patients personal information. They are hard to get on a call to make an appointment. They almost never answer my texts if my call is dropped even though they state in the text to leave them a text.
Was in there for over 3hrs, phlebotomist acted as if they couldn't stick my veins. Nurse got upset, because she was trying to reuse a cotton swab and alcohol prep and I asked her were they low on supplies? Just unprofessional and nasty
I like the Dr.and nurse practitioners. I don't like a couple of the nurses. Too busy because he takes walk-ins and appt.
