A complete nightmare. I came here for a balayage and left with my hair completely fried. Within one week of my appointment, every piece of blonde had snapped off close to my scalp. I had spent three to four years getting my hair back to a healthy state, and it was essentially virgin hair going into that appointment. I recently had a balayage done on my curly, dry hair, and I had a great experience. Annabell was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ask questions about my hair and exactly what I wanted. She clearly knew what she was doing and listened carefully to my concerns. She gave me the look I asked for, and I was very happy with the results. On top of that, she was friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I had my hair done by Annabell and I am in love! This was my first time making an appointment with her and let me say, she is the sweetest person and made me feel so comfortable!
