I love the final result! Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my brunette transformation. Even though the AC wasn't working, everyone made the process really lovely. Thank you for getting me out in time for my meeting, and your generosity in offering to let me take the meeting there. Everyone was a delight to interact with. The space is beautiful and the customer experience wonderful.
This was my first time coming to SUADE and Annabell was absolutely amazing! She understood my hair type and needs immediately and gave me exactly what I wanted and I love what I left the salon with. She was so personable and amazing to talk to, I cannot recommend her and her services enough and will absolutely be coming back!
I got a balayage for the first time, and Annabelle did an amazing job. I was nervous to change up my hair but the results were amazing. She took her time and was attentive to every detail. I can’t wait to come back next time if i’m feeling a change. I would definitely recommend!
I came in with virgin hair and clearly requested a balayage with no yellow or orange brassiness. My stylist assured me that was achievable, yet the final result developed obvious yellow-orange tones throughout my hair. When I brought it to her attention, I was told to wash it a few times. Later, I was told I would have to pay for a color correction because four weeks had passed. I can’t recommend this salon enough!! Wonderful staff and service. My stylist/colourist/artist was Natalia and I love her! She’s so talented and attentive. I am a brunette andI wanted lighter honey, champagne like warm tones to add dimension. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Everything is up front so no surprise charges. I had a balayage done and it turned out way more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you Natalia 🥰. See you in a couple months again!
