Have been a patient for Dr Su Wang for few years. Dr Wang is very nice but the Mandarin speaking receptionist is the worst and meanest one I have ever met. Every time when I tried to call them to communicate something, I got yelled by the receptionist. Not sure why the receptionist is always so grumpy. Piece of advice to the receptionist is please respect your customers by showing basic courtesy, such as saying bye when you hung up on customers’ call
She really helped me with my Hepatitis B!
Our family is fortunate to have found Dr.Su Wang. She’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate with what she does. Tracey from her office is also super friendly and helpful.
