The lady at the reception desk where so rude and unprofessional when I was calling to acquire about an appointment. Had to call the other locations to try and get ahold of someone at the Santa Rosa office. I wouldn’t recommend this drs office. Day and night clinic has always been helpful.
Extremely unprofessional here. Whoever they have at the receptionist desk need to get replaced with their nasty attitudes. Not only do they never answer after I called them 5 times, called another center which had me transferred and still didn't answer. But when they do answer they have a nasty attitude. Horrible
Love this Clinic! The PA Tamez and staff are amazing. Very understanding and professional. I’m glad they finally got rid of Yvonne because she was rude and unprofessional.
Yvonne Rangel was very rude, loud and disrespectful. I’m filing a major complaint right now.
Fix that phone machine or answer the calls. It's also very short staffed or probably a real doctor is really never around. Unreliable for a 5-day a week clinic.
