Today has been a complete nightmare with this office!! No one I speak with wants to help..I keep getting transfered to a line where no one's answering!! I've called 7 times alone just today! I keep getting calls saying I'm needed to be contacted however there's never an extention given. It may be hard to believe but not everyone enjoys being glued to their phone. My first time being there when I got pregnant with my son real friendly from the second you walk in to last sec you walk out from there.. Now i take my son to the doctor there and still have that friendly service and is always an in and out visit. I've never had to wait for a long time.. Doctors/nurses explain everything and are real nice friendly service.. I would recommend this place.. I've always loved the experience I had through out my pregnancy till now.. Not one problem did I have.. Great place to go!!
Muy buena Institución médica, conscientes de nuestras necesidades y situaciones, personal de ventanilla, "pero" no se si todos los Médicos sean igual, solo hablo del que a mi me atiende no se presta para escuchar que lo que te lleva a la consulta, si dura 2 o 3 minutos contigo es mucho, o tal vez por falta de tiempo no lo se, pienso que el enfermo lo que necesita precisamente atención y paciencia, y la enfermera con su mal carácter y falta de amabilidad, al igual que la secretaria del área de nutrición, que solo esta en su c... read more
