Patty from lab gave excellent customer service and made my daughter feel right at home and the rest of the staff from lab too did great. Very professional thank you.
This has to be the worst facility to get in touch with. I do like my doctor in the adult medicine, but i can never get in touch with anyone over the phone or even by message. They will not call you back, they will not leave you a message, won’t answer their phones, they hang up on you, and the booking periods are so far out there is no reason to try to get an appointment with them anyway. Unfortunately i will be switching PCP’s because I cannot get ahold of mine, nor anything that has to do with insurance. I do not recommend... read more
I take my teen age daughter and my 2 year old and the doctor is great can’t complain
Terrible customer service at the front desk. Claudia could use some customer service training. Very unhelpful
