I went it to perform a western union transaction. The young lady that’s attended me was very friendly; however very unprofessional. In the middle of my transaction a phone call came through on her personal cell phone & she picked up the call & while continuing to work on my transaction she was on her phone. There was a couple people behind me, she finished with my transaction & was STILL on her phone. I’m sorry but that is not right customer service. That is rude & unprofessional.
