My recent experience with Ashley of Glo Beauty Bar was an extreme disappointment. I tried to resolve the issue with her directly but when I kindly expressed my concern, she blocked me without any resolution of the issue. This was shocking as this was the 3rd time that I’ve used her services as she usually does a decent job of maintaining my son’s locs. She not only addressed my concerns perfectly, but also offered valuable advice on maintaining the health and style I was hoping for.
