I recently visited this salon and was truly impressed. Their services are excellent—they’re very organized, and scheduling is always fast and available. They work quickly and professionally. Whether it was hair coloring, threading, or waxing, everything was done with care and precision. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the vibe is just amazing. I was completely satisfied and will definitely keep going back!
Worst service ever. Very dismissive and rude. Eyebrow lady didn’t pay attention to me and kept talking to the lady in the chair next to me and wouldn’t stop until I loudly claimed I was on a time crunch and had somewhere to be. Eyebrow threading takes maybe 2-3 minutes, she would do one stroke and kept continuing her conversation and ruined my eyebrows. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Would give 0 stars if I could
Absolutely terrible experience. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and usually have an experience you can honestly have anywhere else but on my birthday I went to get a facial treatment because they are so close to where I live, they were rushing me out and barely touched my face at all. I had some blackheads on my nose I asked them to pay attention to and they tried to tell me it wasn’t blackheads and it was just hair coming out of my nose… I ended up taking care of it myself after the fact.
