Beware… I reached out to the stylist and never got a response. Very unprofessional when the website says responses are made within 24-48 hours. I emailed her on 1/23/26 and it is now 1/29/26. I even sent pics of my 16 year old daughter because the inquiry requires that you send current pics and inspiration pics and I’m now feeling very uncomfortable about sending pics of my child. If she can’t work on my daughters hair for whatever reason the right thing to do would be to just respond saying that.
I feel anxious about alot, most times. With that, atmosphere felt welcoming/safe, coversations with Misty felt natural, it wasn't bad if quiet, I had no fear of judgement. I cut my hair not so great recently. After the haircut alone, I felt so much better/excited about my hair. Styling wisee, it was nice knowing I was on the right track. I love Misty, her environment was very welcoming.She is very knowledgeable about curly hair and is the best stylist Ive seen for my curly hair!
I was really excited to have my hair cut by a curly specialist again since it had been a while but this appointment did not end well. The energy was really weird from the beginning. I had no idea what she looked like and so sitting in the waiting area didn’t know it was she who walked outside in front of me.
