We feel badly that you were not satisfied with the service. We strive to listen to what the customer wants done during the visit and communicate as clearly as possible. We would be happy to re-bathe your fur babies, at no additional cost. We do not trim the head or neck for this service so I am uncertain how the area would have been "choppy". Please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to make you and your fur babies happy!
Today was my first time walking into Stylin' Pets. I had a free moment and decided I would check out their prices. I was greeted warmly right as I walked through the door even though most of the ladies were busily at work. The women who came to the counter happily answered all of my questions and got Arlo booked for an appointment. The wait is a bit long, I am sure that is due to the holiday that is coming up, but so are the other groomers in town as I have called around.
