completely unprofessional, went to buy hair dye?? while leaving bleach on my hair.. braided other people’s hair and bought weed while all this chemical was on my hair, was there from 10am-5pm for this bs. shouldn’t be allowed to touch peoples head i asked for this image and this was what i got. then she continued to say why that was my result was bc of red undertones smh. .

Was on time for my appointment And the salon was closed. I kept calling and coming back. Still closed. I called at 6:53pm, and I the owner wanted to argue with me, that I was not on time. I am retired and needed to support the business in my community. I paid on the app Booksy. Please everyone be careful when thinking you will be given service. Shame on
