I booked an appointment them for a Monday morning between 9 and 10. I stayed off work waiting. I did not receive a phone call telling me he couldn't make it. I finally got a phone call at 1:00 saying he'll be there within the hour. I took another hour and forty five minutes for him to get there. That's not how you do business. At least notify your client!! That says lot about your work ethics. No one wants a rush job on their vehicle.
