All of the instructors I have met have been really good. I feel like they genuinely care about you and your improvement, making sure you have good form. They also have a really cool gym that typically isn’t packed for anyone who likes to workout and use all of the equipment. They also have a cool locker system and nice showers. Styles Studio Fitness has been my home away from home now for nearly 3 years. The fitness coaches are TOP notch. They make you feel included and push you beyond what you even think you’re capable of. This gym has not only helped me physically, but it’s helped me mentally. You’re missing out if you’re not apart of it :)
