Staff is extremely welcoming. I only do my eyebrows by Vidha, she was at the Plano location and moved to the Allen location. She does eyebrows really well and very kind!!! I love her!!

12/24 Update: Vibha is very rude, and I get a feeling she thinks she's better than people who aren't the right kind of brown. I waited for any sort of acknowledgment from her since I had been waiting before the rest and said I'd just go with her, but what I said was completely ignored as people who got here after me were seen by her. Every encounter I've had with her has been an unpleasant one, and I don't understand why.
