I normally love this location because my regular brow tech is amazing, but I had a very unprofessional experience with another staff member, Permila. She used cold wax for my nose wax, removed an entire section of my brow when I asked her to pluck one gray hair, and then asked me to buy a lash serum for her. Staff is extremely welcoming. I only do my eyebrows by Vidha, she was at the Plano location and moved to the Allen location. She does eyebrows really well and very kind!!! I love her!!
