came here and the stupid indian Im not gona even say woman but female jerked my head to the side roughly to clean my eyebrows. No one has ever done this ever, I told her my neck is messed up and she apologized. She jerked so hard she moved my spine out of alignment. U don't touch people u don't know whats they have going on wtf.

I have been going here for as long as I remember, HS, weekend home from college, and even post grad! All of the ladies are fantastic! I highly recommend SOI to get your eyebrows done!
I miss Kalpana... the girl that just did my eyebrows talked back and forth with her coworker the whole time and now my eyebrows look terrible... be y disappointed... someone tell me where Kalpana went!!!
