This was my first and definitely last visit to this salon. I felt completely uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly, and did not make any effort to create a pleasant atmosphere for their customers. The service itself was very unprofessional. Multiple technicians were working on me at the same time in a chaotic and disorganized way, which made the whole experience stressful rather than relaxing. Went with a group, everyone else’s service seemed to well. My service on the other hand was less than satisfactory. The water they put my feet in was cold, the technician kept getting up and helping others. I didn’t get the full 10 minute massage that was supposed to come with my service. I will not be returning.
Jenny is the best! She always does such clean, detailed work, and she’s amazing with both manicures and pedicures. I love that it’s convenient to book with her directly through text—super easy to make an appointment. Jenny always makes sure everything looks perfect. I love coming out of the salon and then realizing at home just really how precise her work is to the point I have to text her and thank her again! Highly recommend her!
Went here for the first time today and i will never go back. The lady i had didn’t care at all about what my nails looked like, as none of my nails are shaped correctly or the same. My 13 year old daughter could have done a better job. She also just grinded off my cuticles instead of pushing them back and cutting.
This is the most amazing place. They are always greet you with a smile, their acrylic is very strong. Tiffany is my favorite. She takes the time to make sure my nails are beautiful. She is quick but also amazing at what she does. Nancy is great with pedicures, she will leave your feet feeling like you’re walking in clouds. Thank you everyone for the amazing services every single time.
