My experience here was horrible!! I called a head to make sure they could do the style i wanted, they said yes so I purchased the hair expecting to get a sew in. The woman who was doing my hair seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, my hair looked a whole mess and I started crying in the chair and the lady was being very rude saying she can cut off if I don’t like it (mind you I spent money on the hair for her to just cut it out) and that I’d still have to pay for the service which I didn’t even get. She did an amazing job on our 3 year old’s hair for her birthday in March. This was the first time she had ever gotten her hair done so we weren’t sure how our daughter would do. The lady that did her hair was very patient and worked wonders on our girl’s hair! I was also a little nervous about how long it would last with a very active toddler that usually pulls bows out as soon as they are put in, but I have been extremely satisfied with her hair even a month later. I had a great experience with Styles Salon. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and face name basis. This was our first time there. There’s plenty of parking whether you find it on the street or side lots. I loved how fast the service was. We were in and out within 2hrs with quality work. I was able to sit in their lounge area comfortably while I waited for my daughter’s hair to be finished. We will definitely be back 😊😊

I got my hair done on the second of September.(wash, retwist and two strand twists) My appointment was for 12pm i got there 30 mins before my appointment, first off I was greeted terribly, there was no "Hi, how are you today, what can i do for you?" instead I was greeted with disgusting looks and just attitude. No one even asked me my name so when I was called over to get my hair washed all I got was a "yeah you can come now." I was very disappointed in the while process but the stylist did their best. They’re working for someone thats in it for themselves. I was seriously overcharged, wasn’t educated on the process (my bad too), so I requested to have them removed after 3 days. I wanted to keep them in for 2 months, but 3 days of a constant headache did me in. I loved the look but they installed WAY TOO much extension hair which made my scalp feel strained cause I was carrying too much weight on each braid/head.
