price is absolutely absurd. i definitely felt taken advantage of. braids that i get for 45-65 they charged me 100 dollars for. i went with my hair already washed and blow dried and i was still charged this absurdly expensive price. i do not recommend.

Whoever I spoke with on the phone I assume was the owner was super sweet and asked great questions regarding the service I requested. I scheduled a week prior for Saturday at 1:30 since I work next door. I came in and wasn’t greeted. I was asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Then silence. I took it upon myself to sit down. No one gave me an estimate on how long I would wait, where I can pick the hair colors, or anything. I love these places the owner is wonderful I love her spirit .the service was awesome she did her thing her two employees where great also will differently be back soon
